ChartOdds does not provide financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Nothing on the service is a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security. Past performance, backtests, probabilities, and AI-generated content do not guarantee future results. You are solely responsible for your own decisions and results.

4. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

5. Subscription and Billing

Some features require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your selected payment method until you cancel.

• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing date.
• You may cancel at any time, and access continues through the current paid period.
• Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable.
• We may change pricing or plan features in the future, with notice when required.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service in violation of law or regulation.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service or related systems.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CHARTODDS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR INVESTMENT LOSSES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US DURING THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.

11. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms, create risk for the service or other users, or if we discontinue the service. You may stop using the service at any time.
